Community of Practice - Employers

Supporting engagement between SEND schools and Employers

We know that interactions with employers can help make a life changing difference to the young people in our Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) Schools.

We have young people with a variety of career aspirations, as you can see from our video with Daventry Hill School students.

This page gives a variety of resources, and links to support which can help us to work together and create opportunities for individuals.

Nothing on this page is a nice thing to do, it is a sound business decision. We look forward to working with you, and welcome your ideas as to how to develop these resources.
