Mentoring and Support

We offer support to both employers and employees to ensure they can thrive in the workplace.

Your employees may be entitled to receive government funding which will enable them to have access to our mentoring services. This could be through a weekly face-to-face meeting, or ongoing e-support to allow people to deal with issues as they arise.

Through addressing issues or conflicts in the workplace at the earliest possible stage, we can ensure that employees maximise their potential.

We will hold regular networking sessions which will allow us to share good practice, and recognise the achievements in your workplace.

To discuss how we can work with you please email thomas@track.org.uk or call 07545354265.
